Last Friday I got to surprise Ling at their weekly assembly where they presented her with the "Student of the Month" award. She was very nonchalant about it all. But I was oh-so-proud of her. Way to go Ling!

as we go along, we realize that student of the month in the fall is a bigger deal than in the spring. by the spring, they're running out of good kid. hahahahaha! All that to say - Ling must be the real things to have won so early in the year!!
